(understand your strengths, on what you enjoy doing, and your passions) .,. another is take a time-out.,. don't let anyone disturb you .,. you need uninterrupted time for you to finish your work well done and in no time.   Open yourself to be transformed, your managing by fear can be conquer if you will listen to your employees .,. don't be too strict .,. After a hard work take a vacation  for relaxation .,. but make sure you will leave the practice in good hands!

Organizational Behavior is very interesting. It is said to be the ART on the part of MANAGERs .,. to understand, describe and to modify individual behavior. In the field of Organizational Behavior have been undertaken, which need to be studied by practitioners. This study is related to the Attitude, Perception, Learning, and Values of individual. Manager decide or should i say .,. should decide upon the nature of structure and ensure unity command that may be required for effective control.

The intentions of this HBO is to help the students develop their skills in understanding and diagnosing human events and problems so as to more effectively take action in dealing with them. The subject will be applying the social behavioral sciences as well as management science to better understand and predict human behavior at work.

Objectives: It is the thrust of the HBO to acquaint the students with some basic and practical theories in HBO, which represent ways of thinking about organizations and the people in them.

To appreciate oneself as a person and develop an attitude of acceptance of others. And to mold person or people oriented students or learners committed to the upliftment of the Filipino worker and the growth of the Philippine business towards national development.

What is an Organizational Behavior?

It is the study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations. It interprets people-organization relationships in terms of the whole person, whole group, whole organization, and whole social system. Its purpose is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives. It is also concerned with the study of what people do in an organization and how that behavior affects the performance of the organization.

So an Organizational Behavior is the study of human behavior in the workplace and the interaction between people and organization .,. and the organization itself.

Therefore, organizational behavior field is a scientific discipline. The knowledge and models are practically applied to workers, groups to provide tools for improve behavior and dynamics of relationship.

Leaders must look for indicators (effects) of individual behavior. As a LEADER.,. symptom must be evaluated ., so that if the behavior is GOOD the manager can establish the norms of behavior.
